Here at Totton & Eling Masonic Hall we want to make your special celebration memorable and those conferences a little more comfortable. We have a choice of rooms available to cater for all size gatherings.

Rooms Available

Main Hall:
In the main hall we have a fully licensed bar which can be stocked with your preference of drinks, a large dance floor and plenty of room for the entertainment of your choice. We’ve had DJ’s, bands and tribute acts in the past which all create a fantastic atmosphere. This hall could equally be used for a children’s day party – there is plenty of room for you to hire soft play equipment or host a bouncy castle in the secure car park. We also have a skittle alley for those with a competitive spirit or just after a bit of fun! Our onsite caterers can cater for all dietary requirements and provide a feast for everyone whilst the air conditioning will keep you nice and cool to carry on partying.

Conference Room:
A more intimate setting provides the ideal space for team meetings, conferences and training. We have a large screen which can be connected to your laptops for presentations and WiFi is available throughout the building. Tea and Coffee facilites are provided. Our onsite caterers can provide lunch if requested.

The Canopy Room:
The Canopy Room is located on the first floor via stairs and offers superb acoustics for choir practice, a smaller space for intimate gatherings or maybe a mother and baby meeting amongst many more. Velux windows offer plenty of ventilation whilst offering privacy and safety and tea and coffee facilities are available.

All of our rooms are available for use in the morning until 11.30pm and if requested we can allow early access if you wish to decorate the room yourself. We have many chair covers, coloured sashes and table decorations at your disposal and are happy for our events team to decorate on your behalf. All rooms have access to toilet facilities, baby change and accessible W.C and the hall and car park access are wheelchair and buggy friendly.

Eling Parish

The local area can provide some beautiful backdrops for those special moments to be captured on camera, including the Grade II listed Tide-mill and surrounding riverside walks. We are located 1/4 mile of St Mary’s Church and 1/2 mile from Totton train station. Being a Masonic Hall, we also have our traditional Temple which can be used for special photos with prior permission.

Terms & Conditions

• Room hire rates start from £50 and will require a refundable deposit (subject to T&C’s)
• Only food prepared by our onsite caterers can be consumed onsite (Menus available on request and personalised to suit dietary needs and budget)
• Only drinks supplied by our licensed bar can be consumed onsite
• The main hall can accommodate a maximum of 120 guests
